Condition & Grading Guide

Every item we sell is pre-owned, and every listing says so up front. Before anything is listed, it's cleaned, tested and graded, so you know exactly what you're getting. We only sell items in the top two condition grades. Every game is a North American (NTSC-U/C) release, made for US and Canadian Wii consoles.

What's included (games)

• Disc Only: the game disc, with no case or manual.
• Disc + Case: the disc and its original case. A manual is not included unless the listing says so.
• Complete: disc, case with artwork, and the original manual.

Condition grades (consoles, accessories and games)

• Like New: little to no visible wear. Works perfectly.
• Excellent: light cosmetic wear, such as small scuffs or shelf wear on a case, that doesn't affect use. Works perfectly.

True of every item, whatever the grade

• Every item is function-tested before it's listed, not just looked over.
• Game discs are resurfaced when needed and tested to play cleanly.
• Anything that affects play or performance is noted on the listing.
• Every item is covered by our 90-day guarantee. See Shipping, Returns & Warranty.
