Refund policy

Returns (30 days)

• Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

• Items must come back in the condition they arrived, with everything that was included.

• If the item is defective, damaged in shipping, or not as described, we cover return shipping. For any other reason, the buyer pays return shipping.

• A 10% restocking fee applies to returns that are not defective, damaged in shipping, or not as described. The fee is deducted from your refund.

• Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the return. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the return is our error.

• To start a return, email support@crownrockenterprises.com with your order number and the reason.

90-day guarantee: every console, accessory and game is guaranteed to work for 90 days from delivery. If it stops working in that time, we'll repair it, replace it, or refund it if no replacement is available.
